  • 200 g Panner
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Cloves
  • Salt (as taste)
  • Sugar (as taste)
  • Red chili powder
  • Butter
  • 2 tsp Pasted Cashew Almond
  • 2 tsp Raisins paste
  • 2 tsp Charmagaz paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • Fresh cream
  • Milk

Instructions

PREPARATION

  • At first, take a pan and add 1 teaspoon butter then fry the Paneer cubes for 2 minutes in medium flame and keep them aside.
  • Now, take a pan and add 2 teaspoon butter then add the herbs like 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, then add cashew almonds paste 2 teaspoon, 2 teaspoon raisins paste, charmagaz 2 teaspoon, ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon, 1 table spoon tomato ketchup, salt according to taste, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 and half teaspoon red chili powder then mix it for 2 mins. Now add 1/2 cup water then again mix it for 2 mins.
  • Next, add 2 teaspoon fresh cream, 1/2 cup milk and mix well for 1 min.

  • Now, add fried Panner cubes in the gravy and add 1/2 teaspoon butter and mix it well for 2 mins. Finally ready to serve our gravy panner masala. You can serve it with Bread, Roti, Rice or Fried rice.
