Easy Egg Spring Roll Recipe 2020 (Egg Roll)
- 1 tsp Finned Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Finned Chopped Ginger
- ½ cup Sliced Onion
- ½ cup Carrot Julienned
- ½ cup Chopped French Beans
- ½ cup Capsicum Julienned
- ½ cup Shredded Cabbage
- ½ cup Chopped Spring Onion
- 2 Finned Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 ½ tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt and Black Paper as per Taste

Preparation For Egg Spring Roll
- In a bowl beat 3 nos. of eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then add 1 tbsp of oil in a hot pan. Pour the eggs and scrambled them and cook till they are lightly done. After that remove them from the pan and keep aside on a plate.
- Again add 2 tbsp of oil on that pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic and saute. After that add sliced onion and green chilies and cook them till the onion get transparent.
- Now add carrot, french beans, capsicum and cabbage and cook them till they are soft. Add some salt and black pepper as per taste.
- Add the scrambled eggs with the veggies. Add soya sauce, vinegar and spring onions. Mix all of them properly and off the gas.
- Let the stuffing cool slightly.
- Now spread one spring roll sheet and place a spoonful of stuffing. Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffing. Bring the sides to the center and dampen the leftover edge and roll the sheet to seal.
- Keep them covered otherwise they will dry up.
- Now add some oil for deep fry in a pan. Add the rolls in hot oil and fry evenly by stirring until golden. After that remove them on kitchen tissue.
- Serve egg spring rolls hot with ketchup and green chutney or tomato sauce.
